I should have this one by the end of the week. 25-284 in a trued 700 SA ADL. Douglas barrel, Shilen trigger, McMillan Classic swirly, Cerakote finish , topped with Talley LWs. Going to top it with another VX-III 3.5-10x40 with M1 ele turret. I'm thinking deciding between this and the 280AI I picked up at the beginning of the year is gonna be tough on the first day of deer season...

Not my scope/setup, but weighs 8lbs all up as pictured. Should be a touch lighter with a Leupold on top (3.4-10x40 is only 13ozs, even lighter at 11.3 oz if I go with a 6x42).

Ballistics are basically same as 25-06, but in a SA....win/win.

I was planning another build, but I couldn't have built this one for what I paid. Had to put the build I had planned on the back burner so I could pay for this one.
