I would guess you are on the east coast. Looks like such a great variety of birds to photograph.

I'm actually from the Midwest (Iowa and now going to school in Wisconsin). I have done work as a field biologist in Nunavut and Alaska though. Take care.

Those are really really cool. I really like the one of the goose in the water with the yellowish orange head. Just wondering wat kind of goose is that.

Where did you take the second goose photo? I photographed a pair of geese with the same collars in Oregon this winter.
They were XY13 and XY 21.

Just took a close look at you shot and it is XC not XY...close tho.

Excellent opportunity shots. I have yet to get the chance or get to see any banded birds out of the thousands that are up here north
