Some random shots from the weekend

Postby Trevor Shannahan » Wed May 29, 2013 6:47 am

Just some random shots I got from a cattle show and my birthday party while I was back home this weekend. I tried out some different/creative things in post this time. As always critique is welcomed. Shot on a Canon t3i and 50mm f/1.8

#1 cow in Cow/Calf Division (should have shot at f/4-5 and adjusted shutter speed for low light as the focal point is very tight and blurs on the edges of the cow)

Excellent shots portrait and tea pot, It seems like you are using spot or center weighted metering when you should be using Evaluative metering, and it seems like you are shooting wide open and need to play with some ISO settings.
