Train ride through the Boston Mountains...

Postby ol' yeller » Mon Nov 03, 2008 10:21 am

I've posted this on a couple other forums, but thought that some of you that don't visit them would like to see it.

The wife and I took a train ride from Van Buren, AR to Winslow, AR this past Saturday. Here's one of the shots I took while hanging the camera waaaaay out the window.

Very nice!
Fish, feathers, and photography...that's pretty much what makes me tick.

I was just curious to know how much does it cost for the tickets to do that? I would love to take my wife and daughter on a trip like that!!! Great picture by the way!!!

An upgrade class adult ticket is $50.95 if you buy online and an upgrade class ticket for a child is $26.95. It's expensive, but well worth it in my opinion.

You can buy tickets online and find out more info. at http://www.winslowtours.com/tours/tourDetail.cfm?tour_id=2118. I would highly recommend going during the fall (1st or 2nd weekend of November) when all the leaves are changing.
