digital camera screen

Postby waterfowler9 » Fri Dec 05, 2008 8:19 am

I have a sony cyber shot (4 years old) that when i turn it on the screen is white, I am not sure why it does not show pictures/what i am pointing at anymore. I have kept it in my blind bag in a hard but soft case. Did being in cold weather effect the camera, or is it possible it was bumped hard and broke something internally. Is it Broken? any ideas, i have tried taking the batteries out and that didnt do anything.

waterfowler, tried putting some new batteries in

For the future or having the same problem. The white balance can cause the screen to be very white also.
