6 yrs active Navy, split, 4 yrs enlisted EM2 on Rainier out of PSNS & 2 yrs officer in flight school, just recently NPQ for sinus problems. I'll probably be released due to force reshaping, oh well...their loss!
I was a Mod in the Colorado forum, but passed the torch when I started flight school. Glad to be back!

5 years, 10 months, and like 3 days ADAF. F-22A Avionics Specialist at Langley in Va. Seperating Dec. 2 and transfering to VA ANG and going to school full time. Going for my degree in Wildlife Biology or Environmental science. Both of which could get me a job with DU or anywhere alse that can get me in the sweet hunting spots haha!!!! OF course thats not why I'm gettting that degree, I have an un-natural love for the outdoors and want to study it more.

I've been on DHC for 3 years but never came onto the military forum. I did 8 years in the Marines. 1st enlistment I was in Motor T, then I did a lat move over to the air wing where I was a huey and cobra flightline mechanic. Got out just before 9-11, so I missed all the action. I consider myself fortunate. Hats off to all of you that have served or are currently serving. If any of you ever find yourself in the greater Sacramento, CA area, pm me and we'll shoot some ducks!

I always wanted that job! Beats having to actually do an MOS that requires more than pulling a string

I'm AD AF stationed at McChord AFB, WA. I have been in for 5 years and seen a lot of combat time as an C-17 Loadmaster. I am working on getting my degree, then figuring out if I want to stay in....

I've been playing Navy for nearly 19 years. Started life as an electrician's mate, got picked up for the Academy and commissioned as a Supply Corps Officer. Been doing that ever since. Currently deployed with the Army in Iraq but coming home in February after 15 months and two missed seasons.

It's been a good life, the Navy has given me the opportunity to hunt from Virginia to Maine and one season in Monterey, California. The hunting out west was a challenge but the flyway through the Sacramento Valley was absolutely amazing. Stationed at Pax River in southern Maryland now and looking forward to gunning the big water next fall.

Six years in Tn Guard and 2.5 on active as a tank platoon leader and staff officer in Third/First Armored Div. 2/67 Armor, 54th FSB Friedberg, Germany. Spent six months in the sand box on the first go round.

Biggest mistake I ever made was getting out.
