That Mag Blend is a serious load. Shot one at 10 yds yesterday and the only thing connecting the head to the neck was a small piece of its throat. They're well worth the money

Mine came on the 19th. But shot him with my buddies shotgun using 3" nitro mag #6 at 35 yards as it was running off cuz his POS new gun wouldnt fire off the first two rounds but dented the primers.

Killed an Eastern yesterday 5/1 had a great hunt with 6+ birds all around me gobbling. This guy came off of the roost early and I shot only 15 minutes after legal light. 8in beard 3/4in spurs. I shot him with 3 1/2in Nitro #4's. Would put up pic but can't figure out how to do it.

Congrats on the bird but I don't understand people shooting #4's. Unless you're trying a body shot I don't see why you wouldn't use 5,6 or 7's?

Put down a really nice Tom the other morning! The woods was on fire right from the start. Kept the calling light and around 7:15a.m. three toms broke the tree line west of where I was sitting. They soon zoned in on the jake and hen decoy I had placed out. After what seemed like forever, but was merely a minute or two, they made their way over to within shooting range. I had all three toms strutting and putting on a show 20 yds in front of me. I had the time to pick the biggest bird and set the bead; two toms left and this one stayed!(hope the pic works). 11.5" Beard. Both hooks. 1.5"

Call one in for my dad the first week of April. He made a heck of a shot at 65yds with 3 1/2" remington nitro. It had four beards measuring 11",10 1/4", 9 1/4", and 8 1/4". He also had 1 1/4" spurs and weighed 20lbs. I called in one for myself a couple days later that had 10" beard 1 1/2" spurs and weighed 22lbs
