First let me start by saying thank you chris

turkey hunting is my number 1 and true love for hunting. ducks are fun but if turkey was in at the same time as ducks were i'd be huntin the turkeys. for those of you that are not turkey hunters your truly missing out on one of the greatest most rewarding animals that there is to hunt. good luck guys, i look forward to the up and coming season and sharing huntin trips with you all.

Feel the same way myself.... BUT. I do love to hunt the spring bird, just not much of a fall hunter. Been out, busted em up and called them back, not never really gotten into it  But the spring, man,oh man

Have hunted elk for many years and always found it to be exciting. The first time I went turkey hunting and bagged my first bird the feeling was beyond belief. To this day when talking turkey the hair on my arms starts to rise! Took my father on his first hunt last year and set him up just right. I set up about ten yards behind him and gave the sweetest clucks and purrs you ever heard. Got a big 'ol tom to answering back and at fly down he landed four feet from my father! The goobles were so loud you could feel it! He put on a show that the old man will never forget. After he folded his first tom I could see he was shaking with excitement! Said it was the most thrilling hunt he had ever been on! He is of course now totally hooked! Ducks are my first love, but turkey gives me a diamond cutter hard on!
