In our state we have a lottery system to win a turkey license. I got mine today.

Am still waiting to see if I get drawn in my state. I results should be posted tomorrow. If I don't get drawn am headed over to Colorado for an over the counter tag.

We have so many turkey here I'm taking my longbow and feather fletched arrows to add some challenge. People are routinely hitting them with cars and we have populations well established in downtown. We are all offered a second tag just for a application submission. As far as numbers go SW PA is loaded.

Man oh Man, am I ready to "get-er-done" :thumbsup: Our season here in Va. comes in April12th. With the exception of the last two weeks of the season we can only hunt til12 oclock. The last two weeks are 1/2 before sunrise til dark. We can kill 3 bearded birds! I'm setting on ready :yes:

Gearing up for sure
Our season begins April 12 thru May 10th. Hunting is allowed all day except Sundays. 2 birds for the year. Also we have some special hunt opputunites here on prime game lands. Nefew pulled for youth day and me and daughter pulled second weekend

Hey Don,I hunt in the north east corner of pa,we dont have that many birds in this part of the state,
