Congrats on the bird. :thumbsup: thats a beautiful bird. My papaw also killed a double bearded jake this season. Thats one small *** beard. :eek:

My cousin has got some trail cam pics of a tom that has 2 beards that are at least 9.5 inches. He already got his bird so im hopin to go down there and bag that one

Hey Shoot-n- goose,How many birds can you take in the spring where your at? We can take 3 toms or jakes here. why cant your cousin take another bird?

Here in michigan you can only get one tag for the spring season. not sure about the fall. the thing is that he kinda already 'filled' his daughters tag by 'accident'. He shot at a tom and it took off so he thought he missed, so he dropped the next biggest. 5 min later the first tom is floppin in a field about 15 yrds away.
