@ SixXgun....

I see a shoveler or two in your pic. Any idea on how to cook those shoveler's where they taste good?

I havn't found a way yet....cookin em down in a gravy seems to be the best, but they still are not near as good as some of the other ducks. Anyways, just wondering. Good pics. Keep em up.

Gluck out there.

A pic from this mornings hunt. 2 Shovelers 8 teal.

i just cook em up like any other duck.
I am partial to marinadeing em then wrappen some bacon around em and throwing them on the grill.
Mix em in with other birds when you eat em and I doubt you could tell the difference.

Pups first limit. Pintail drake, 2 drake mallards, 1d 1h gadwall. Sorry the pic sucks. Blind bag took a swim (and floated like they advertise), but I didn't have everything zipped up like I should've.
