If so how do you deside what is a deserving tip?

By the job they done or the size of the job?

In 25 years nobody ever tipped me. However, I like the idea, but it's really not neccessary. If your taxidermist charges his standard rate, he's (or she) is getting well paid. I have had customers give me an extra duck a time or two and that was always appreciated.

I've gotten several cash tips and once a pleased customer took me to his private club for a shoot. The cash tippers usually just round up and believe me, I remember them the next time they bring something over.
There is no help for this kind of insanity. I'm just a duck hunter, and should not be held accountable for all my actions between October 1st and freeze-up. Gordon MacQuarrie

Over the years I've gotten half a dozen cash tips and 3 hunting trip offers.
I took the customers up on two of them. Had a ball Quackwackin'
Didn't really care to go to a ranch. :umm:

It's common practice in ANY business that you don't tip the business owner.
Hey, did you grab the blind bag with the shells when we left the truck?
