ROBO DUKS IN CANADA

Postby atp » Tue Sep 28, 2004 5:12 pm

HI All

During the early goose opening,we had the chance to use the robo-duk goose decoy.Absolutely a phenom!!!

The geese and hundreds of ducks came to the decoy spread---9 GH geese,4 ducks floaters in corn field and the robo-goose.

Even without a blind, the geese and ducks set their wings as soon as the wings started to rotate.I have never seen anything like it in 45 yrs of hunting.

Since we are hunting under the farm act as agents for the farmer, this ensured good clean kills even with steel shot--BB.

This will be the best year in many on the west coast.

Hi All

How are you doing using the Robo-duk??

How do you place it in the spread?

Do you mix duck and geese decoys---or keep them separate.

Does it work on large flocks?

We find it to be very appealing to small flocks and singles---almost no circling--set wings and land.

Would like to hear from others users in Canada and USA.
