Hey guys, I'm heading out to South Dakota on Saturday and was wondering if anyone knew what the situation was for geese there? Anyone had any luck in SD at all yet???

We are heading to South Dakota wed. and i have been talking to my buddy all week, and he said the birds finally pulled into yankton on sunday. But he also said it is tough hunting. Good luck.

I haven't been out scouting yet, but yesterday when I was walking to class I saw a small flock flying over Brookings.

I hope you guys up north get to smack the heck out of them, they just blew right through northwest missouri. And the mud was worrible, we even got the four wheeler and trailer stuck. Some of the fields had 6-18 inches of water in them down here, if you didn't have your waders, you soon went and got them. I'm hoping for a good hatch and great numbers of immature birds this next season, like the 09 spring hunts. Good luck and shot a couple rounds for the boys in Missouri..
