Planting Jap millet help

Hello all you conservatist ! i want to plant jap millet ive read on how but is it just the seeds that you have to plant ? you can buy 5 kg bags for small birds can i with any luck plant those?

if i was guessing you could use the bird seed jap millet i'm not real sure because i plant a large section of millet so i buy seed however when planting sunflowers i just use the bird seed and for corn i use feed corn instead of seed and usually have mid 90% germ so if it is cheaper try the bird seed the germ will likely be lower but it usually pays for itself.
You know your hunting in South Carolina when a bunch of ducks fly in and you shot both of them!!
