Can you wader hunt the colchester fill or halfmoon cove WMA?

Never been, but the NOAA charts suggest that the water's pretty shallow there. Most of it's swamp anyway. Good for waders.

Thats what I was thinking... I'm heading up to do a morning hunt up north tomorrow and am going to check out those spots next week maybe, need to do some homework quick!

Halfmoon yes never hunted it before but i know people who do, but it can be tricky and with all this rain the water level has risen so i would be carefull of your step. As far as the Fill i know you can hunt off from it and there are usually people hunting on the left side towards the main lake, but you might want to look to see if you can actually go through the woods and hunt the shore because i'm not to sure about that
