Okay guys I did this last night for the first time. Almost had a fight at the party over the last few pieces.
Cut boneless duck breasts into bite size pieces
Soak in Buttermilk for about 1/2 hour
Dredge pieces in flour mixed with your favorite seasonings, I like garlic onion,Black pepper and cayanne.
Deep fry till done and crsipy
Serve covered with your favorite wing sauce.
Darn good eating ad no darn bones
