Did anybody have a decent season for whistlers on the Saint John River this year?

It was better then 2009 , But to warm and every sat. there was no wind to keep them movin. I hardly seen anyone out whistler hunting. How did you do hunting whistlers ?

We did terrible!Never fired a shot the last four weeks of the season!

River froze , but opened back up we hunted the last day at the mouth of the Jemseg river, Saw some but none came to the decoys. are you a member of n.b. hunting ?
