OK all, this ios for those of you who keep both breasts and leg/thighs...

What do y'all do with them? I have zillions of recipes for each, but I am interested in what other folks do.

Breasts are of course easy to handle. No need for much discussion there. :salude:

Legs/thighs on the other hand can be tough if not treated right.

I love all of God's creatures, properly prepared.
