Cell phone cameras

Does anyone know of a cell phone that has the camera quality of the smart phones but you dont have to sign up on the internet like smart phones require!
help and advice appreciated!

1. All phone cameras are pretty low quality.

2. :huh: I don't understand what you're asking here:
but you dont have to sign up on the internet like smart phones require

smart phone cameras are hi quality.........but you have to sign up for the internet plan if you buy one............i want a regular cell phone with regular features with the quality of the smart phone cameras!!!!!! capisce!!!

I think you would be better off investing in a digital camera, they have come way down in price, you can pick one up for under 100 dollars.

I think you come out ahead rather than buy a new phone based on the quailty of the camera.

I have a digital camera but i always have my phone with me but not always the camera!!!

Don't quote me on this, but I think you can get a regular phone plan through ATT and then buy an iPhone and put your sim card in it. You can probably get an iPhone 3g for around $100 on ebay or something. You wouldn't get any of the apps/email/internet that an iPhone usually gets, but you would be able to use the phone, camera and regular iPhone features. Search around the internet and see if you can find any more info.

I suppose it's a matter of preference and opinion, but I have never seen a picture taken with any cell phone that is remotely comparable to a pic taken by a decent point and shoot camera. If you're talking megapixels only, yes there are phones with 8mp+ cameras in them, but that speaks nothing to light sensitivity, speed, and overall image quality. They all SUCK.

The Nokia 6700 is probably your best bet for picture quality without going to something like the Nexus One or HTC Desire.

thanks for the input guys.......I am on Verizon so that weeds out a few options but My daughter has the HTC droid and it takes great pix......I just have a regular cell and they are poor by comparison.......gonna keep looking and will check out the above advice....thanks!!!!

I would like to say if you want to quality result in cell phone so I would be suggest to buy Sony cybarshot cell phone , it has really great camara result as well as features also .
