Goose Recipe

Postby DesertGhost » Sat Feb 19, 2011 8:55 am

I have a goose in the freezer I am wanting to cook. I am looking for some recipes to try out. Whats your favorite recipe?

My favorites are pretty simple, bacon wrapped and barbecued medallions or just make a stew in the crock pot. Just add vegetables and spices of you're liking and turn on low for the day. I usually just start it before work. You really can't go wrong with a crock pot.

Quartered, brined, then thrown in the smoker. Or if it is just breasts throw them in the slow cooker.
