i used to reload for my 7 mag, but never used that bullet, which I am pretty sure is spelled BERGER

the guy used to be a bench rest shooter and made his own bullets..and then went into business... a load in a rifle cant easily be duplicated from one gun to another like pistol loads..

ie the classsic bullsye load with a wadcutter in 38 special...or x grains of 2400 in a .44 mag...always seems to shoot well.

but good luck

I would try imr 4350 or slower powders for maximum loads and for slow target loads
some loaders go to med fast powders at the starting loads or maybe a little faster.

Some rifles like Ball powder ( Win/Hodgdon)and some like "stick" powders (imr) or maybe flat base vs boat tails.
It might come down to the type of primer used in many cases..............
There is no magic load................

A lot goes into a quality target load. Expect to go through 300 loads, minimum, unless you get lucky, right off the bat.
