Those dekes are made by DUKHTR,he did a good job on them.
He's got a sticky on the decoy forum on how to build them.

Lundman,we didn't go far out for these birds. We set up on the lee side of an island less than a mile out.We pulled up and made for the launch before any bad weather came in.

Dogman; Good to hear you guys didn't have to go far for the gunning. So many guys take to many chances in small boats. If you guys ever get to downeast maine give me a call and you guys can jump in with me for a day. I've got a party of two coming in tomm.and we will hunt for three days and that will wrap up the commercial end of it for me. So friday and Sat. I get to gun. Keep me posted on how you do the last day.

How does that boat handle the bay waters? What model is it?

The boat is a Home built Scaup. The owner did a great job on putting it together,it handles very nicely on the water. The 25 HP pushed it quite well.
