anyone have a good recipe for goose drumsticks i saved a few back from last season seein how everyone else cooked them

I would cook them twice. first slow cook them until tender( in water, stock, or confit in duck fat or oil). Then you can cook them quickly a few different ways.grill, fry(buffalo style), or sauteed. The point being to get them tender and then get that crispy outside.
If you just fry them straight from raw the are going to be tough. Also if you confit them in oil or duck fat . Season them w/kosher salt and black pepper at least a day ahead to season them all the way through. Good luck. When I figure out how to load pictures ill start loading some food pics.
