Heck yeah! I checked my teal hole in ks and it's dry as a bone. :( oh well I guess I'll try somewhere new this year. I haven't seen any little ducks this year yet anyway. But I'm glad someone else is seeing them!!! Hopefully ShooteMedic and I can put a hurt on them! Good luck guys!

There were a few teal around last weekend when I was down South. I would expect to see a pretty good migration this week with the cooler weather North of us. Should begin to stack up this week.....I hope!!!!

I hope they're up around KC, I've only seen a couple in the last week though, Iowa and Nebraska's warm weather isn't helping much. Doesn't look too promising for the opener here in western MO

We hunted last weekend (Just across on Illinois Side a bit south of St. Louis), was kinda patchy. Had 2 shootable flocks on Saturday, 3 on Sunday, NONE on Monday. All flocks came through just a little after sunrise. We got 4 birds. Seems they are not quite here yet, or like last year. Hard change in weather had everything stopped.

The Canada counts say that there will be more BWT this year than there has been in any of our lifetimes. All that water makes for high insurance premiums... but lots of little ducks.

Game on Sat morning at 6:07am in TN. Good luck up in MO. I will be there breaking beaks on the 22nd.

I think this would be a failed attempt at internet scouting!

It does not matter where you are going to hunt in missouri right now, because they are not here.

So teal season over yet ? I didn't go dove or teal hunting this year with moving, working on new house and working my ass off !-- :help:
Come November I'll hopefully be done with that and spend several days a week hunting !

Havn't been posting on here or hardly getting on internet either , but back now !

We killed a few this morning, nothing compared to the thousands we seen flying high moving south. There should be plenty of birds around tomorrow for the last day if they stopped at all.

finally here??? hunted otter sough 4 out of the 5 times I went, ent o coon island opening morning, and never came home empty handed. I do agree they weren't here like they should have been, but limited out 3 outa 5 times, and always came home with at least 2 or 3 birds, yesterday hunted the slough and from my blind I saw maybe 100 teal within shooting range (had some issues not being able to see them quick enough to shoot at them lol) they would buzz the decoys so fast that they were landed by the time I got my gun up! lol. anyway, all in all this was my first teal season, and I will take it with a small grain of salt and say that is actually pretty durn good!

I scratched out a few last night, sounded like they flat tore the lake up at duck creek sunday morning. Finished my year with a dozen, just enough for a gumbo and a few to roast
