I think we could get a pretty serious rig together that could give any outfitter a run for their money... The only downside being shooting snows isn't our job and scouting may be a little difficult. Regardless, the spread could be something deadly.

i wont be as mobile as the guides but i think i could have a spread to kill a few i dont expect to shoot 100 everyday.

I've still got those shells and floaters I bought from you last year, plus added 5 flappers and a bouncer. Doesn't look like we'll be using them much at our place this year, so I need to get some use out of them somewhere.

Depending on the schedule, I'd be willing to help out to join in if there was room. I can buy a snow calling CD :biggrin: I might be able to procure the whole ecaller setup.

No dekes because I'm in Lexington and I've never seen a snow goose here.

If you guys get serious about it, I would be up for a road trip for a DHC snow goose hunt out there in SEMO or that area...I got around 1,000 deeks (200 shells, 500 northwinds, and 300 texas rags) with some flyers, e-caller and 2 layout blinds. Make a field look like a freaking refuge.

hunted with some guys in texas that said they had a dhc gathering at walmart parking lot before a big snow goose hunt and said that they had 15 guys in all white suites, face mask, etc. and said people were staring and then a cop drove by real slow haha.
