15-20 dove breasted out

place in deep dutch oven
drizzle Olive oil over each dove
dash of worcestershire over each dove

spices on each dove lightly or to taste
celery salt
ground dried mustard
onion powder
garlic powder
course ground black pepper

1 lemon and 1 orange juices over the dove

cover and bake 45 minutes 275-300 or til done, low heat is the key and basting the breast several times so the dove breast do not dry out

trust me it is great

served with wild rice

Kinda makes me sad we dont have a dove season.

Maybe I'll try something similar with grouse.
