2011-2012 Kentucky Season Pics

Postby mox » Mon Nov 28, 2011 9:11 pm

Thought I'd start off an official picture thread for this season. I'll say it again, picture thread. Post up anything waterfowl related from this season and keep the conversation to a minimum.

I'll start off with a proud papa pic of Gus on his 1st retrieve, a single mallard hen. (Pay no attention to the bad hold, he knows better  )

Shot my first GWT this weekend at a farm pond... Pretty excited about it, and got to watch the dog chase his crippled ass around (her first), so that was pretty good... Wish he had a little better plumage, he would have went on the wall, but he was full of pin feathers still

Nice birds, but man I hate that Goosezilla call. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I've tried adjusting it a number of times, horrible to blow.

What type of boat is that? looks just similar to my bow on my tracker blind duck.

Man I'm not a big goose hunter so I just bought a cheaper one.... But to be honest, it's not that bad. Ask Kyfowl, it's not bad for the price.
Yeah it's a 17ft tracker with a 25 up mercury on it. I have a Avery blind to put on it just haven't had a chance! It been a heck of a boat too.
