new to this group so id just like to extend a hello to everyone i know no one prolly cares but imma tell ya anyways haha im an 18 year old from western ky and i love killing ducks and geese like no other haha glad i can join you guys!!

well i live close to symsonia but ill hunt the lake when i can ballard is my usual stomping grounds if i have a choice though just dont know how to hunt the lake very well still in the process of learning

A symsonian....it's cool I lived out towards that way...not quite as far but in around Jackson School road and Breezel school road.
Infact my grandfather is the one who owns Thompson's Upholstery out towards that way.

haha im not scott but me and the kid have spent the past 17 years of our life together raising cane we shoot trap together and ur right he is a monster when it comes to shooting those clay pigeons im cody btw. scott was with me when we went to otters slough he said the place in ballard wasnt holding very many ducks but its still early

New here as well. I'm originally from slabtown myself now living in pryorsburg. I spend a lot of time up at the lakes and have two blinds pinned up there this year so if ya ever wanna go give a shout.

Where do you all shoot trap? I've been looking at to trying and get in at Moore's hunting preserve. They have a God trap and skeet range from what I understand.

i have a duck hole about 2 miles from symsonia if you ever wanna afternoon hunt. thats when i hunt.

Another WKY boy here. Little further north in Henderson, KY... I live less than 10 minutes from Sloughs WMA. I hunt it alot, and hunt a private pit that borders the back side of the refuge. :welcome:

shooters supply has a trap range i think its only available to the public on sundays.

yeah maybe we can figure something out i havent had time to even think about hunting between work and getting ready to leave for basic but come january im gunna make it a point to bust some ducks
