Lake reports?

Hows' Barkley been? Will 10 dozen pull some of these birds in? I need to get some killin' in!

hunted there yesterday, saw lots and lots of birds sitting out in the middle of barkley, i used 3-4 doz dekes, shot a bufflehead and bluebill. only had a group of 3 bufflehead fly by and land in the decoys, and single bluebill. didn't see nothing fly the rest of the afternoon

Was there Friday at my usual point. There were several ducks around but they were all rafted up in the middle and not flying. Scouted 8-10 bays and nary a mallard one to be found. We killed 3 bills and of those 3 2 swam in and 1 flew in and that was it. Good Luck if you go Max.

Went yesterday we killed four, three bluebills and a hooded maganzer nocked two more down but lost them.
We only used a dozen decoys. There were no mallards only divers and if we called they went the other way we stopped calling and they started lighting n the decoys.Unless up north gets some cold weather probaly wont go back.

You need some lawn darts to liven up your life. Earlton usually has plenty, but this year is a little slow.
