I use the Regal.Pretty much idiot proof.For a really good low cost vise the Danvise is well worth a look.Some might object to the Delirin material but it's hard to beat for the money.

Well heck, conservation guy. Now that I know it's not coming to blows I feel bad! My apologies for being a d*ck. I spend too much time on the CI forum! Good luck fishing! I love fly fishing too! And I've put crickets on a hook on my fly rod so I'm not really a purist by any stretch!

guilty as charged your honour
Ive been known to stick the odd bit of fluff or feather on a hook from time to time over the last 35 years after fishing at lake taupo as a kid. nymphs dries and the odd wee wet mainly but the streamers and large flies are great fun too.
pleased to see someone else didnt recognise the salastic fantastics as "flies" thats more a soft bait in my humble opinion.
