Just kinda want to see how good everyone else did this season. Any body kill anything exciting, (bands, hybrids, or just good day pics of your duck season!) I would but the camera I HAD ALL OF MY PICS ON IT BROKE! Post um'!

yes there are, but when you need meat, just go to the parks. :yes: the canadas also have nice bands

The ones at the local parks are year-round residents, but the geese at the NWR's and the farmer's field migrate. At the parks the are interesting mutations in ducks, suck as a full green mallard and a mallard X domestic goose cross.

Wow those are some weird birds. I didn't even know that goose/duck cross is possible. Looks like a lot of mallards.

There are almost as many pigeons as there are ducks. another reason i think that there are so many birds is because the are several supermarkets nearby. The trucks come and throw out truckloads of stale break and the geese and ducks love it, but the pigeons end up getting most of the food :sad:

my cousin shot a mallard x domestic that was in the wild two seasons ago in southern Illinois if i had my old phone I would post a pic but i got a new phone
