Italian Duck

4 or 5 ducks (breasted out)
2 packets of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix (Dry Mix)
1 med onion(whole) 1cup diced onion
1/2 cup pepperocini juice(or less)
8-10 pepperocini
1 tall boy beer

put everything in a crock pot (i like to keep the onion whole and the pepperocinis, because they will absorb the wild game flavor)
cook on high for about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs then turn down to low for another 3 hours or so.
After 5 hours remove onion and pepperocinis. At this time I like to put in about a cup of onions for about 45 mn to an hour. after this time it should be done. the breasts should pull apart with a fork, if not let it go a little longer........ENJOY
