Looking for a lease in MS Delta

Postby Widowmaker125 » Wed Aug 01, 2012 9:56 am

A group of friends and I are looking for a lease in MS for this season. We are very respectful to the owner's wishes, the land, hunting laws, and others. We are Christians and think highly of representing God in the way we conduct ourselves. We keep the lease a family environment. If you know of any spots to lease or have one yourself, please let me know. We're highly motivated to lease land for this upcoming season. Thanks in advance and have a blessed day!

Any others? We would even be interested in a field from a farmer even if it doesn't have a blind, too! Any help would be appreciated!

Be careful or you'll get a taker! Most leases are the bottom of the barrel. Lease ten fields and you'll prob only want one next year. There are only so many good holes out there. There are tons of people who are paying big money for nothing!

We had a similar experience last year. Considering it was a bad year, that's not what I'm talking about. We were promised things, if we leased this spot, and after they had our money things never happened the way we were told. So, We would love to have a great lease. We have cash in hand and would be there year to year, if done right. Just hard to find one this year for some reason. Keep turning up dead ends. We'd love to have a lease somewhere around Marks, Sledge, Charleston, etc....or????
