Winch for F250

Thinking of a F250. What size winch (Warn) is appropriate? 12,000 lbs or 15,000 lbs?

I'm voting for the biggest you can afford with a block n tackle just to be sure. These things are HEAVY and if you stick it it's gonna be STUCK!

good rule of thumb is the winch should be 1.5 times the vehicle's weight at a minimum. of course if you really are stuck and the winch is bogging down grab a snatch block.
NRA and DU member, are you? if not you should be!
