How about starting a list of Vermont hunting Guides, whether or not they are Duck Hunting guides, fishing guides or big game hunting guides in Vermont.

I have also heard good things about Tundratour, they book hunts all over the country.
Website is www.tundratour.com

They do hunting and fishing trips, and are based in Vermont.

Vermont Outdoor Guides Association (VOGA) has some good links to Vermont Guides for all kinds of hunting and fishing. They also keep up to date Fish and Wildlife season dates on the site.
