Limited out in 10 mins on the 19th. Hunted Saturday and we killed one shy of a limit but it was hours. Warm weather hurt us on Sat.

This statement applies to everyday for early and regular season at Cedar Creek.

Killed a wood duck limit by myself on the opener at just 15 minutes after shooting time. One shot fired all morning, two hens killed, one was banded. Banded in Bath county in 2011, hatched in 2011. Had a very orange color about it, I'll guess that's due to its relatively young age. The other one was more of a dark brown and both had a lot of tan on the bellies as well, not yet quite bright white.
