For those that cube some of their venison here is a quick and awesome marinade for the grill:
For 4-6 people-
Venison cube steaks- 8 +/- pieces
3/4 cup Creamy French Dressing
1/4 cup Dale's Seasoning
Mix marinade in large zip lok bag and add meat.
Shake around to coat all of the meat and refrigerate for 20 minutes, flipping over and shaking after 10 minutes (any more time it will be salty and too much soy tasting)
Grill to medium over hot charcoal
Open beer and eat!
