Heres a pic from my first hunt of the year. 1 mallard 2 teal and a coyote that got a little too close to my decoy spread.

Make sure you don't have lead shot on you when you're duck hunting. Tis be illegal. Were y'all seeing a ton of cranes?

We just shot those doves with 4s. We saw 2 HUGE flocks of cranes in the distance.

I called a group of three in before hours an got them to land but once the sun came up they all headed south. The redheads are starting to show up too

Almost had 2 full limits but lost a bird. But came home with 8 BWT, 1 Gadwall, and 2 Woodducks. But it was a great day. Especially for public land out here.

The only groups of shc I see are massive so I don't even try and callem in.

Nice drake wigeon from yesterday. Shot 4 before the sun came up and then the fog moved in and didn't see another bird
