whats your favorite fish to catch?


id have to say walleye, but itll probably change to salmon when i can catch one of those darn things. only been salmon fishing once, lost the one i was fighting.

how about you guys?

Well, they aren't my favorite fish (bass are), but the my favorite thing to catch are........

Channel cats! They don't get huge up here, but I caught an 11 pounder once, and that thing fought like crazy!!! :eek:

Northerns by far, then Walleyes followed by those ol slab Bass AKA smallies :thumbsup:

I LOVE to catch bass, but I have been having a bad hankerin to tie up to a dead snag and load the ice chest with crappie. :yes:

I am a fish for food kind of guy. Yellow perch. Or any panfish for that matter. Crappie, gills, sunnys. Rockbass are good but are hell to clean.
Walleye when I can get them...love them walleye cheeks.

I love to catch King Salmon the taste the best and they put up a good fight. after that steelhead because of the skill it takes to catch one.

Top water Bass or Pike. So fun when they explode out of the water. Not picky though, Rainbow Trout on light tackle are fun as hell.

Are you into bowfishin as well? Went down to the slough's last night after work and stuck 3 good sized fish.

Nothin like an excuse to keep pullin that bow!
