First antelope buck

I finally got a permit for a buck and was lucky enough to get one on opening day. Hubby waited & watched while i stalked this guy. I made a nice clean shot at 250 yards. Not a monster, but I'm pleased. :smile:

Treat the meat like lamb when you cook it. I never thought to make any of my speed goat in to brats, I may have to try it. The shoulder meat makes great gyros.
