Riceland poly or acrylic?

Is there a $100 difference between the Riceland poly and acrylic speck call?

I'd think that depends on how much getting the crispest, sharpest edged Riceland tone available is worth to you. For some guys the answer is "yes" and others "no". But I'm told the poly runs just like the acrylic, which makes it the best value I'm aware of in a big-gutted speck call.

(My Riceland is hedge, and if I were to lose it, I'd replace it with another in hedge.)
If you think I'm wrong, you might be right.

I have a Riceland in acrylic and one in hedge and my buddy has one in poly. All three run the same, as far as being easy to use, but they all have a slightly different tone to them.
