hunting on the pea river/choctawatchee river/lake tholocco

Has anyone ever hunted these areas with any luck. I have a mud boat dekes and stuff and was wondering if its worth my time and effort to go out and scout these areas. I have seen a few woodies on tholocco but was wondering about the possibility of bigger ducks.

Choctawhatchee River will hold a pile of wood ducks. I hunt on the Florida side and some years it is awesome. Big ducks on occassion and also some ringnecks in the back sloughs. Hope this helps.
