GA sporting goods stores

Postby Willie » Wed Oct 31, 2012 10:42 am

I'm headed to visit the inlaws this weekend in Loganville/Snellville. I see there is an Academy in Snellville...is it worth stopping by? Here in NC, we only have Dicks, Gander Mountain, and a Bass Pro in Charlotte, so nothing too great.

I don't really need anything at this point, but our selection of stuff around here is not the best...plus, I'll need to get away from the family after while anyway. Yes, I know this is cyberscouting! Thanks for any info.

If you've never been to an Academy it's a pretty good store

Academy isn't as flashy as Bass pro or Cabelas, but I think they have alot of good hunting and fishing stuff and they have great prices and have some sales on hunting stuff.
