Postby njhunter » Wed Oct 31, 2012 5:30 pm

well guys i got flooded preety bad hunting is over for me this year
me the wife and dog made it out 930pm monday night as the tide was rushing in
from the barneaget bay/toms river here in ocean county nj
house still standing but lots of water damage inside and out
spend the last 2 days trying to clean and remove good stuff from home
still no power as of 6pm tonight staying at inlaws but doing well as we can
we have flood ins, home owners and talked with them and fema today
on a bright note the 1950s sneakbox i have been redoing made it thru and for the 1st time
since 1991 i think(pete will now better) she float on the barnaget bay/toms river on the night of
the storm and made it thru dry and fine as i had the glass on top and bottom and put the hatch cover on

It's fine. A few trees down but no other damage. The show will go on next year.

The. Last time the len blackman sneakbox saw use was in December 1992 during the pe refectory storm. I rode all around the island but did scrap the road here and there unlike last weeks storm where the prop never came close to hitting bottom
