I need agood material for my boat camo for the pvc frame. i plan on having the front drop down out of the way but also would like something i can see through enough and that would hold up fairly well. Also cost efficient is key

If seeing through it is important as well as durability I would go with G.I. camo netting. I got a large one, about 30 x 30 for $100 at a local surplus dealer. I have used it for years and is stayed out last year and still is in pretty good shape.

Down side on anything you can see through is that it will snag on anything you try to pull it over. Probably be O.K. on a frame.
