I take my duck breast and wrap in bacon, mix a bottle of zesty Italian 2 tbl spoons of Wiltshire sauce and 2 tsp of A-1 and marinade for 24 hours, throw on a hot grill to char it, then turn down the heat and cook until it just a little pink on the inside, mmm mmm good
Love to watch um back peddel when the blind opens up

grillin is one of the best ways to fix em!try puttin a whole bird on a table top rotesserie.
