WAH Wah Wah --- Been hunting there for 40 years. Still never go w/out a compass and provisions I could spend a night if I had too. Last true wilderness area in the State (outside of Shawnee).
So what ?, you don't know how to use Google earth or Flash earth. Maps of the area are in my bag at all times. Cache River in S. Il. -- Maps are in my bag when I head there in January. Too much whining and not enough workie sounds like to me !!!!

Guys, you know what happens when someone posts up that there are birds at a public spot. It gets swamped with lurkers. If it were just the guy asking that shows up, that wouold be one thing. I'd say if you want to share info, do it with pms.

Didn't say I needed them. Said I have them just in case !!! Haven't been lost there in a long time. When it floods though it can be a totally different ballgame. From Havana to Beardstown every willow tree looks the same when its under water. I've helped more than one lost soul trying to get back to land. Watched a guy go by our boatblind three times in 30 minutes in the rain one morning. Finally folded up and took him in.

Hunted Sanganois just this past Monday. Didn't hardly see a duck after 8:00 AM. I'd stay home if I were all of you.
