whats up guys, I am very new to duck hunting, as in i have been once. Although i dont have much knowledge to the sport yet I am hoping to learn everything I can and get out there on the water as often as possible. Anyhow, this weekend a friend told me I should try to hunt a local little river. I live in Huntsville, AL and the river is the flint river. The access to it has been graveled by the city so it is clear that being down there is fine. We just couldn't figure out if there was anything illegal about hunting the river. We have license and stamps, it is outside city limits, it isn't private property to my knowledge. This is really my only place to go as of know so I'm just trying to make sure I wont be doing anything wrong. Its a great place, we saw tons of wood ducks when we went to scout it out.
thanks in advance for any help
