Been hunting Louisiana for 15 years, never seen one much less had one in the spread till yesterday. Do they normally winter in Louisiana? Table fair?

In MN there were a far amount of sightings this past month. I'd say 5 times as many as normal. I bet some of them headed straight south down to LA. It may have to do with the weird really cold weather up on Hudson Bay CA all summer???

Generally they are found on the left or right coast as I recall. I'm sure not too knowledgable about sea ducks being from the midwest.

Hopefully a right or left coast hunter can chime in with their experience for table fair and where they generally winter.
